Show at Werkstadt January 22 - February 28

The show opened officially on the 30th of January, here is a painting I did specially for the exhibition on the back wall of the gallery. it's about 4,5x2 m in size (15'x6.6').

-This is the collage stage without the painting or drawing  on top

-Most of the drawing done. Was going entirely by feel making the composition up along the way with no prep drawings or layout to help out

 

-Finished painting. The wall is not really lighter in the center, just some liberal highlighting on the computer to show the approximate boundaries of the piece

Save Berlin

So, take a look at the piece I created for Save Berlin show here, appropriately in Berlin at Stattbad Wedding.  This is the proposal for the piece, with the original locker room in the background.

And this is what the final result looked like. The show was up for three days only, so, unfortunately, the piece is all gone in the ether.
